'Dangerous weakness' of some EU states

The EU may be planning an emergency rescue plan for Greece after a leading German politician warned the 'dangerous weakness' of some EU states could threaten the entire euro zone.

Note: perhaps general politics also will be "no longer just a matter for individual nations" because there' s lots of corruption in some EU states that going to undermine EU' s long-term prosperity and development. Tackle corruption is a main job to the EU as institution.
